    How did the accident happen?

    Our client was eating at a restaurant, they were eating butter from a butter dish. There was a shard of glass in their butter resulting in a broken tooth. The accident had taken place as another butter dish had smashed in the restaurant's kitchen. The butter dishes had been stacked together in the restaurant kitchen resulting in broken glass in the clients’ butter. The client suffered pain and suffering plus damage to a previously healthy lower tooth requiring dental repair work.
