The Accident
In September 2020 our client was stood on a pavement by the side of a road. Suddenly the driver of a passing car lost control and crashed into the railings on the pavement. This then caused the car to collide with our client launching them into the air.
Injuries
As a result of the collision, our client suffered soft tissue damage and internal bruising.
Settlement
