CASE RESOLUTION
Case settled in April 2017 for £3,400
Gary was removing his grandson from the back seat of his parked car when he was hit by a reversing 4×4 vehicle.
He had parked his car on the side of a residential road when another driver backed out of his driveway and into Gary. Gary was trapped between the two vehicles and suffered a soft tissue injury to his lower back and bruised ribs.
First Personal Injury took on Gary’s claim in December 2015. Solicitor Karl Rushton settled the case in June 2017 for £3,400.00. This amount compensated Gary for his injuries and paid for 6 rehabilitation sessions he needed as a result of his injury.
