A man from the Midlands was seriously injured on Christmas Eve 2007 when a delivery lorry ran over his leg twice. The man has since made a successful accident claim and received £350,000 in leg injury compensation.

The accident happened whilst the man was helping a colleague to deliver beer to a pub. They were manoeuvring the lorry in the pub car park when the accident happened. The lorry reversed over the man’s leg and then drove back over it again before the driver noticed.

The incident has left the man psychologically scarred as well as physically disabled.
